    Is anyone else having difficulty with these files? I’m using XP and both WinRAR and PeaZip cant seem to make sense out of them other than just a folder with some PDFs which seems to only be the first archive.
    Am I doing something wrong?

    the first, you must join files with HJSplit, then extract it.

    error is a socket operation was attempt to unreachable netwok,this usually means the local software knows no route to reach the remote host
